I think you don't understand what he is asking. Clearly, he's looking for tricks and tools to manipulate and adsense earnings. The sites themselves aren't getting traffic or anything significant.

You can find adsense arbitrage groups on fb. But they are highly risky unless you're getting organic traffic that converts.
