Adsense site

Hi Guys,

I found a KW which has 60k+ monthly global serches & CPC of 1.50$

I want to create a site on it,any suggestion are welcome as I'm newbie into adsene.

This would be my first site on adsense.

PS : Sorry I forget to add it's low competitive KW.

What about the competition level? if it is hard or medium, please go with low competitive kws.

Sorry But what suggestions are you looking for. We cant open a complete book of suggestions for you.
Be more specific.
You have got low competition keyword now build a site around it.
Add good quality and 1000+ words or more articles. Focus on Onpage. Do blog comments and wait for results.

Focus upon a handful of low competition keywords and build sites around them. Go preferably for longtail keywords.

If you found a good KW, Then I would build a WP Blog based on it with articles of 500 to 1000+ words with strategic keyword placements. You should be in descent shape then

Quick note to say that this is not a requirement. There are top ranking blogs with articles 200 words long. The rules change all the time in Google, 500+ word articles are no longer mandatory.

How did you measure your keyword competition? If you checked it on Google Keyword Planner, then it's probably wrong since it shows the competition of advertisers.

Try to check the competition level manually.
Before creating blog make sure there is no high authority websites on top 10, perfectly optimised for the keyword that you took.

I've checked that too,there is no big authority site. Here are top 10 sites,many sites are not even optimized for targeted KW.
