your traffic source is USA but what about the niche of your blog? in USA there are some topics give you 15$ per click and some will give you 0.01$ per click. it depends on your traffic quality + content (niche) + some other factors like .. ongoing ad campaigns..

if i have good traffic from USA and my blog is on health niche.. but if adsense serving me low cost ads or suppose am getting some dating related ads on my health blog than the earning per click will be low. (generally, this not happens but in some scenario, if Adsense do not have that topic related ads, it assign you another campaign.) .. earning per click also depends on how much advertiser is paying.

if you are earning 100-200$ monthly, even if you get this much high rate (as shown in this given link) it will not make a much difference. if you are earning 1k-2k monthly.. you have enough room to try this thing on your own.
search in marketplace here, and you will find sellers of adsense accounts. try on your website and post results here. lets see how much you earn.
