i made an adsense account on a device i used and that account got banned for policy violations i decided to iso wipe my device then made a new gmail for adsense youtube with a different family members information would my new adsense get banned? im using the same device same wifi same ip

yea maybe but i didnt make the adsense yet i wanna double check i dont want to get my adsense banned again

what if i make an adsense on a different device and ip on another family members information in another location i make the youtube adsense there then to get that channel back i do a transfer method to my gmail which is the banned device/ip would the adsense get banned? because i heard transferring the youtube channel doesnt remove the adsense connected to it

It's still banned. Google can still identify the same network IP, Wi-Fi address and possibly browser fingerprint from the old hardware. The system will automatically link the new account to the previously penalized account. For safety, you should switch to a completely new device, use 4G hotspot and use an anti-detect browser.

From my personal experience, i have ran 5-6 adsense simultaneously in past. You just need to change the device and network everything works well if you do this only. As you are already using another family member's info so there should be no problem with personal info but make sure you use the different bank details for payout. i have used same bank account for payout in two accounts but you should be cautious.
