Adsense safe fake traffic

Where can I get fake traffic for my videos that are adsense safe? My CTR is too high and I want to lower it down but I don't want to get banned

High CTR wont get you banned. I have high CTR. As long as your traffic is legit and organic, its should be ok. If your traffic is fake and worthless and wont convert, it goes against adsense TOS.
