Adsense rejection - Need advice

Hello, fellow blackhatters.

I've been on a journey to establish a couple of new blogs for 6 months or so, and I've been facing the same issue on both of them.

Thin content.

I wrote posts using only my own knowledge and experience about the topics, each article with no less than 1200 words, well written, proofread, covering everything one would need to know in detail, majority of pictures are original and I've taken them myself.

About the niche and ideation, I think they're both on pretty small niches (usually around 10-30 searches a month for each keyword using keyword surfer). I also make sure that there are forum posts and easy to outrank results, but this is outside of the topic.

After 20 something posts each Adsense still flags my blog as thin content and won't approve me for ads.

I get that the niche must be narrowed to make room for new information but... this shouldn't be much of an issue in smaller niches right?

Though the sites aren't receiving a lot of traffic yet, it concerns me that a bit down the road I won't be able to monetize them with ads. I know adsense isn't the only option but I understand that it is a standard nonetheless.

Any tips and info on what would you do and how you got accepted are appreciated.

How many articles?

Make sure that your website looks abundant. I mean, add a good menu on the header and footer.
Add terms and conditions, privacy policy..
Maybe add a sidebar
A good homepage, don't make it look like a demo site
Use lists, steps, h1 h2 h3 on your post, make it look useful

Make it look with less blank spaces.

For example, on the sidebar you can add facebook page, recent posts, coments.

And you need some organic traffic of course

If this doesn't work, maybe you can try contacting adsense via email or ticket

I would suggest you look at other websites and ask yourself, how are they different? what should i do to align myself to them? if you're facing such issues you're describing, maybe it's time to hire a writer to help you optimize your content. Also, the issue might just be the lack traffic. If Adsense is seeing none to little content, that could be the reason for rejecting you. Also because what's the point in showing ads, if there's no traffic. Hence again try to focus on your content first, and build links for traffic. Then try re-applying with Adsense once you get a bit of traffic.
