AdSense Rejection: Duplicate Content - 200x duplicate articles, 20 - 30 unique?

Hey y'all,

My website just got rejected from AdSense, due to "duplicate content".

I have about 200 articles that's 95% the same content (only a few words are changed), all based on referral earnings.
Now I want to earn money with AdSense as well, but I was rejected.

My question is:
Can I have all these articles, but buy like 20 - 30 unique articles and put them on my website (and change it to a static home page, since my main traffic source is organic searches)?

Nope. Adsense doesn’t like duplicate content. Monetize another way.

So I can't just make 20 - 30 static - high quality - blog posts, and make my "referral duplicate posts" hidden, only to be found through organic searches?
