If you are confident you have all the service pages in place, and that your content is good then to get Adsense approval - use the "Contact" button within the Adsense account dashboard, make comment about how long you wait plus any other usesul details....

Typically, you will get a manual review and approval within 48 hours.

In the past i added new domain with no problem, now they check every site and rejected one that wasn't 6 month old
