AdSense rejected - I CAN'T UNDERSTAND WHY

So guys, i need a little help.
Recently I started 4 new blogs. All of them are not older than a month.
3 blogs are approved - mmo niche and reviews.
1 blog is not approved and I can't figure out why.

Can anyone take a look and give me some advice?

I contact theme developer and they told me that other users did not report any kind of adsense issues....

And that is not important to be approved, and i can confirm that because i added 2 sites in the same time and my other site is approved and also does not have those legal stuff

now you're arguing with ppl that work or make millions why many don't bother to answer easy questions

someone told you the correct way, you been lucky to get approved from an incorrect set up with a website lucky you.

do it properly as advised.

I've got approval for more than 5+ blogs (all in different niches) , so according to me yes what Mr. Positive has said is correct i.e, you NEED to have a privacy policy, disclaimer, cookies consent banner (gdpr), contact & an about page.
Also, once you get the approval you can then take the pages down.

It's easiest thing to add all these with one click install plugin.
But I am afraid that is not the reason for rejection. will let you know.

You don't have a privacy policy. It is compulsory to have it on a website. If you ignore this step, then your site will never be approved.

Point is my other blog what is approved DOES NOT HAVE:
about us, contact, privacy policy, gdpr banner.

Guys read what I write. That's why I post here.
But ok, one guy send me PM explaining reason: clickable elements too close to each other.

So THAT is the reason.

I did mate in my first reply. And I said clearly that I DON'T have legal stuff on other approved blog.

As I said, I got explanation of denial and it's not related with legal stuff, cause is in clickable elements.
