Ok so here is some background.

my site has 300+ posts.
All posts are unique written content and pass copyscape.
I have a privacy policy in the footer, about, and contact pages in the navigation menu at the top.
The site is now 10 months old and on a brand new non spammed domain.

I have applied 3 times and every single time get an email the next day stating it does not follow the policy and to resubmit it. I have seen people get accepted with way worse sites and I am pulling my damn hair out trying to figure out why the hell I am not being approved and its making me crazy. Any other things I should maybe look out for in order to verify what the hell they want from me?

I will say a LONG time ago I had an Adsense account on an old blog. I had this account back in 2010. It has been 11 years since then and I have NO way of ever getting that old account information back. I have tried everything to remember the old details but my stupid self made that account when I was 20 and decided to never write anything down. I have a sister who did something similar but she was able to create a new account so I am not sure that is what the problem is. I am going crazy because you cannot contact adsense in any way to get support to try and obtain the old account other than by email, which I will never ever remember ever since it was on an old laptop I had in college that is long and forgotten.

Is this maybe my problem or could it be something else completely entirely?

What exact message does adsense give ?

300 posts and still not approved means quality of content in not good.

How many words contain your 300+ post? You need about 20-25k+ words.

That's definitely not the issue or you would be getting a different type of error (account closure). I've had half a dozen sites approved in the last couple of months, I can take a look at your site real quick and see if anything pops out at me if you want, just pm me the link. (You don't have to!)

With 300 posts it should be a no-brainer acceptance so something is flagging the automated checking system. Also, Do you track where the reviewer goes on the site in analytics? That would help too.

its 500k Words but I figured out what was happening. I did still have that old account active and took me many hours to finally recover the account and it was by complete dumb luck I remembered the info. Thank god.

YOu have enough content. 500k+ words are amazing to work. Probably, Google thinks your content is low quality. Try to improve your posts.

It not just the content it the number of internal links to other pages.

Of course, shit content doesn't work.

But there the NICHE as well what niche are you in?

Home -- 500 worded article.
About us - introduction to the website.
Links - links of the top 25 website in that niche.
Contact us -- contact form
Site map -- linked pages explained what there for.

Works always

Sometimes get a 1 hour response bam accepted.

When accepted update the main page which is the home page/index.php

As a marketer should track all traffic to improve everything , tracking should be a heatmap application, Google offers a free one.

The free plan is limited to 3 heatmaps and 2,000 pageviews/day. The free Page Analytics (by Google) Chrome extension will turn your Google Analytics data into a heatmap, but it hasn't been updated since 2017, and many users struggle to get it to work.
