Adsense problems

Hello,
sorry i do not find there right subforum to post my question. But maybe i am right here.
So at the moment i have a problem with adsense

The ads are not loading if add any request parameter to the URL.
I use a plugin where the site is realoding after a new quizquestion and then only white blank "ads" are showing. Without the parameterd the ads are loading normal without any problems.
What problem can this be? is this normal in adsense that it detects the reload?

sorry i am total not into coding and such things and just want to find out how can i solve this problem.

the URL changes when it refreshes the page?

the reload adding a parameter after the url, for example :
/?asq_reload=MzpjMTUxZDRiYi1mOTNlLTQ3OTAtYjAzZS04ZTAwYjhmMTRhYTl8MTU3ODIyNzA2Mg==

and with this no ads are displayed

just when i add any parameter after url for example also ?test=1
ads are not displayed

the article is explaining good why adsense ads are not showing in part II. Urls that are generating on any new load a new parameter cannot be crawled. i think this si my problem.
