Adsense problems - alternative?

Hi guys
I am from Europe but had an US Adsense account. Now I cannot close this adsense account because they need tax paper US which I cannot submit. So I tried Ezoic as alternative but setting it up is a nightmare. So is there a reasonable ad network which does not need a scientific university degree (which btw I have) to set up an account?

So in terms of revenue which of these is the best alternative to Adsense and what about Ezoic ?
