Adsense problem?

The primary business model of Adsense is to generate traffic for advertisers. So if your site doesn't command enough traffic, then that would be a major obstacle in getting that site approved.
If you are able to show them that your site does have a fairly good amount of traffic, maybe 10k unique per month, and has been going on for sometime now (blog post dates can be modified), then you can present these information and it will increase the chances of approval.
However, high traffic site may not be 100% approved - your site needs to meet their TOS, such as meeting the requirements on the type of content that is allowed, has simple things like disclaimer policy, privacy policy, etc, even small things like this would affect the approval of your application.

First, you should have at least 30 blog post and must be indexed in search engine. After that apply Adsense. 99% sure that Google will approve your ads account.
