Adsense problem says I already have an account

6 months ago I had one working adsense account with 3 domains one of them was infringing the adsense rules and my account was banned.

My question is, if my account gets banned for one site, all the sites I had associated with my account are banned from adsense? or I can ad adsense again?

because I am trying to add adsense again, and adsense says I already have one adsense account, but the thing is that I don't remember the password of that account and there is no way to recover it.

After that i tried to create another account and it says the same, that I have another adsense account, and shows to me the account that I created before.

What can I do to to bypass this or to fix?

I would ask someone who you know very well to create account on his/her behalf.

1-If you get banned from one website you will be banned from the rest as well.
2-Change IP ,Mac and Email and apply again.
