i had approved site and want to place popup with adsense code, please can someone tell me how to do it and didn't get banned from adsense?

"Google ads are not permitted in any window that is not initiated by a user's click. Additionally, ads may not be placed in any window which lacks navigational controls, including back and forward browse buttons, and an editable URL field. AdSense ad code may also not be implemented on pages where navigational elements have been removed"

i know this, but there are too many websites, that didn't geting banned for using popups, for example this: file . ge , they didn't use popups in main page, but when visitor click on read more on any site update , this popup appears then, this site is very old and uses this popup system at least 3 years, does anyone know how to do this?

Did you code the pop up yourself or do you use any third party plugin? Honestly I would not use adsense for this because you risk losing your account. I would rather use a native advertising network.
