Adsense Policy Violation: Valuable Inventory: Templated page

Hi all,

So I'm getting back into AdSense with a view of making a big ad display site.

I submitted a site but keep getting rejected and its REALLY frustrating. This is the latest rejection message:

" We’ve found some policy violations on your site which means your site isn’t ready to show ads yet. Valuable inventory: Templated page "

My site has:
original content, blog post type of articles "how to'" for example
privacy policy / about us / contact us etc
all affiliate links removed from the site. (it did have Amazon).
royalty free images
clear navigation structure
using GeneratePress theme

Has anyone got any tips or had experience with overcoming this message and getting a site passed?

It's driving me crazy

also double check grammer issues
