No plugins can set advertisements anywhere you can because, every themes are coded differently, and it will break the theme as well.
You should try doing it manually, or get a guy do it. For placing ads in common places, you can just go through the theme editor and insert it so easily.
somehow all functions are not really working for me with this theme.
for example i cant remove the header logo and some other things - don't know why... had the same problem with the ad flex niche theme
Instead of using a WP plugin that may not work in the next update, setup an external advertisement system and integrate it with your theme.
For my blogs, I use Openads, an open source script that handles all your banners very efficiently, giving you the possibility to rotate them and get full statistics. Once I add the banners to Open ads, I just embed the code that the script gives me into the WP theme.
Most of the guys are wrong here.
There is a plugin you can use to place your adds anywhere you want on the site. And it is free.
It's called Quick Adsense. Use this plugin and you will be very happy. But as some guys said here - you might need to know how to work with widgets in WP or do a little coding in php if you want to put Adsense to some extremely extraordinary position.
