Adsense+Pinterest - Low earnings

Hi all! I have one question about Pinterest and Adsense. I have around 3000 folowers on my all boards. I am running News Website and on the pinterest profile I am posting the news. I also have tumblr blog- around 200 folowers and fb around 2300 likes but I still not get good earnings in Adsense. My cpc is 0.06-0.14 euros and I get around 10-30 unique views a day from my news website. I have placed Adsense ads on 19 blogs which are about online work training methods and thee I get around 300 views. I have another Online Work pinterest social profiles with a lot of folowers( 90 % real) and I don't know what to do. How to make automatic something or how to move those pinterest folowers with some trick! I don't know I can not use bots cause I post only links from my news and online earning website. Please give me some advice I need to do this. My earnings fr 3 weeks are 4.70 euros. What to do. Please send me private message if you really want to help me. Thank you! Your best bet with pinterest (in my opinion) is to build a brand name. Offer unique and informative content on a daily basis and don't throw too many ads at them.
