Adsense PIN verification with amforward.com

Hello guys recently I created an adsense account with a US address pointing to amforward, it's been a month since they sent me the pin verification and I still haven't received it, I requested a second PIN now and starting to doubt if I will receive it, I was wondering if anyone else on this forum tried adsense PIN verification with amforward.com.

Bumping this up, maybe someone can help me?
