Hello,

I have been monetizing my gaming websites through adsense for many years, but noticed that Adsense CPC and revenue are going down these days. I have average of 4k to 5k daily traffic all around the globe and average of 2k traffic from US.

Should I try CPA ads on my website?

Can CPA provide better revenue than Adsense?

Looking for honest opinion please..

Thank you for your response. Can you please suggest some of the best CPA networks in the gaming niche?

My website is mainly an online gaming portal, where people can play games online.

What is your website's current traffic situation? How much revenue can you generate through AdSense each month?

I am currently earning somehow $700-$800/month from Adsense.
 
What many people do wrong with AdSense is that they load too many ads on website. Try using only vignette ads with AdSense and keep your page ad loading normally. You'll get better CPC. I did this for my own ads three months ago. Remove all other ad types— the more ads you have, the lower your CPC tends to be.
 
CPA can keep this rate between $1200 / $1500. But an uneven income distribution is inevitable.

Testing is the best option.

Please, what games do you play in CPA, brother, if you don't mind?
 
Test simple content lockers on downloads or guides, it can surprise you.
 
i agree with most people here its best to test out what works best for your traffic. if you have something free to offer like a download, ebook, coupon kind of thing a contentlocker/cpa would probably work better.
