Goto gmail - accounts - settings, then close the current adsense. After 48hours goto youtube and try to link another adsense. At that point you should already be logged into a new gmail that you want to use to create adsense account. From youtube when you click on link adsense you will have two choice- create new adsense or link old adsense. you pick create new adsense and you will be redirected to create a new adsense account. fill in the details and pick your new country there. Hopefully adense will approve. if not then buy your country adsense and link it from youtube

Create new Gmail account. Leave it.
Go to YT studio, click change Adsense, and attach the new Gmail created.

I recently purchased an already monetized Youtube channel including the Adsense account. But now, when I tried to change the Adsense country to my original country, it didnt allow me to do so! I have searched and found I have to close this Adsense and create a new one to change the country. But, if i close this adsense, idk if i can get the approval again from adsense. I am new to it.
