It really depends on what you want to do:
1. if you are just creating sites to generate small amounts of adsense income with little effort then go with scraped and then rewritten content. Basically autoblogging.
2. If you want to create a site that has people coming back again and again and begins to be worth something as a piece of internet realestate then go with quality handwritten posts.

Work out exactly what you are trying to achieve first - that will tell you what you should be doing to try and achieve that outcome.

so basically, if I want to profit from Adsense, I would either have to create a lot of autoblogs with scraped content or write real content to a site and hope that visitors keep coming back.

They may be one day. Then they can start over like I did. It can be looked at as a cost of business getting new accounts if you got your plan setup right.

That doesn't matter as long as you can rank in other search engines. When I was doing that I made most of my money from yahoo. The only thing to worry about is not getting banned. The spam rating will not stop you from being profitable. So if you can find a way to get readable unique content then you can kill it.

Surely, he is correct and if you are good with other search engines then surely it doesn't matters. But better to use other ad services then adsense so, that you don't have to keep other names later to join the program.

You WILL get banned eventually and it's pretty hard to reapply.
