Adsense on an online mp3 converter website

Hi, I've been reading on this forum for quite a while and finally decided to register.
Thought it'd be nice to start with a post, as I couldnt find any info on this specific topic.

I am starting a website very much like clipconverter.cc
The layout of the website will be very simple, you just paste the url of your video and it will rip the MP3 audio for you, and let you download it automatically.

Now my question is. Is this legal in regards with running AdSense on it ?

Im not sure how you could see the source of the ads. I'm assuming they are not using adsense.

But on the other hand, websites like online converters don't really host anything that's illegal. It just rips the file and will be downloadable on my host for a minute.
 
I gave the policy a read and since people will be downloading mp3 off my site directly, I'm pretty sure it's illegal.

so what kind of ads should I host for a website like an online MP3 converter.
Any ideas which would be best suitable ?

This is illegal and Adsense will ban you for sure.

If you want to stay in this niche you can leave this site and create this site/blog and write about this site and how can you download various songs and send them on this main site where you can't use your adsense

I'm not too interested in adsense.

I have made a website already that converts youtube and soundcloud audio to mp3, and will be launched soon.
I see other conversion sites running ads etc.. I'm interested in what they use, as adsense doesn't seem an option.

what is your daily traffic for your website and i ll suggest you what kind of ads or what you need to do plz pm your website with traffic ?
