AdSense Multiple Clicks Suspension....

Hello guy's, i have heard about this blog, and i joined it, so my first question it that, how to prevent my AdSense from suspension of multiple clicks or invalid clicks, please help me.
My AdSense was suspended for 30 days, now it is back, but i am dare to place ads on my blog, so please help me that how to prevent it, or it happens, then how to get my account back.

Check your site traffic sources, Do not promote your site on unnatural sources like traffic exchange, PTC sites etc. Drive traffic from Search engines and other organic sources. Focus on your ad placements, do not place ads on your site where it gets invalid clicks like align your ads with images, placing ads under or beside navigation menus etc.
