AdSense multiple accounts

Say I wanted to make 20 youtube accounts, all monetized. Is there a way to create independent AdSense accounts for each one? I read ID verification is required, I don't want any of the accounts linked together. Is there a way to setup an LLC and avoid having to provide ID verification? So in the event that one AdSense account is banned for any reason, the others are unaffected?
