By any chance, is it possible to check which keywords give you the highest CPC on Adsense?

Try out the adwords keyword tool, it should give you a rough estimate of what you might expect.

No, I'm trying to figure out which keywords are being bid on my site right now. Not which keywords are profitable to use.

I tried both already although I don't really know how to use either tool effectively...
