Adsense JV - micro niche sites

Hi

Looking for a JV partner with a US based (preferred) or other adsense account owner.

To be used on micro niche sites, and need to be able to run and email me reports - as ultimately sites will be sold on Flippa - and need $ based earnings reports for trust worthiness etc.

Revenue share:

60% revenue to yourself of all Adsense revenue

Risks:

There is always a risk for banning of Adsense account - so please do not PM me if you are not willing to take the risk. I think it is a fair compromise if you have a spare adsense account lying about.

Sites are already making some cash - just need a US $ based account now.

What is the average earning ?

Sites normally earn from about $10 to $25 per month.

If the reporting currency is in USD - then it is also fine.

Note - as per many PMs to me - there is no invalid or fake traffic being sent to these sites - ALL organic traffic from search engines - my adsense reporting currency is unfortunately not US $ based.

Willing to raise the split as well if it will generate more interest -PM me if you want to negotiate
