Adsense JV - Can you write high quality articles?

Im looking for someone to basically split the load with me on my site. It is a macroniche site, it is all set up and ready to go. I just need someone to write articles with me. The person should be able to accomplish around 3-4 high quality 800 word articles per week. The site is not earning anything at the moment, but has a lot of potential for growth.

I am willing to do a 70/30 split my way.

hmmm.. if i were able to write my own article then why would i JV instead of doing it on my own.

and the splitting should be 50/50 i guess.

I think its pretty simple because I want to get content on the site twice as fast? I also have theme and hosting and am managing everything.

What do you actually bring to the table that deserves the 70% of the split?

Triond offers 50% rev share, Docstoc 50% rev share, Bukisa 60% rev share, Hub Pages 50% rev share. You are giving 30%. What do you offer more than the above sites to consider JV with you?
