So I'll keep it short: I'll build a profitable Adsense site and then will flip it.

Goals for the site

1-) Make it earn $1k/month as a minimum. I can earn WAY more, because my keywords are pretty good (nice monthly searches, ta$ty CPC and no strong competitors ;) )

2-) Flip it for x18-20 monthly income. (Maybe some more, as I'm including some other interesting assets ;) )

3-) Enjoy the cash :)

A little background about me

I joined BHW back in 2013 but didn't do that much honestly. I was a total IM newbie till the middle of this year, when I decided to take this seriously. I've learned a lot from my mistakes and failed journeys.

I've learned a LOT about SEO and IM in general. That's why I've crafted my own SEO plan for this new site, and I'm pretty confident that I'll be able to break into the TOP 3 for most of my keywords.

What will I share here in this thread?

Here I'll update everything I do ? from Adsense optimization till SEO. Hopefully you'll learn a couple of useful things from here :)

What have I done so far now?

It's important to say that the site is in Spanish and no, I'm not going to reveal my niche. I discovered it after spying on some Adsense sites I found by accident. I got the keywords as a result of running an analysis with Ahrefs Positions Explorer + SEMRush + common sense.

I've published 1k for the homepage and an article that averages 650-700 words. I don't care so much about the length, I just write what's necessary to explain the topic I target better than my competition. I have around 8000 words of content ready to go in the next couple of days.

The site has a nice logo, designed by a friend of mine. The theme is pretty clean and suits all my purposes.

What more about my plans?

I'm not just happy getting into the top 10 ? I wanna get as much traffic as possible from the first page. Apart from my site I'll be ranking YouTube videos and some other properties if possible.

I'll be using principally 2.0s (both new and expired), and throw in some PBN if needed, but I think it won't be necessary.

So that's all for now folks. All these 2-3 weeks I'll keep on building the site and will update whenever something interesting happens. Wish me good luck, cheers! :D

Wish you good luck and I will follow this thread. Which market are you targeting?

Thank you all for your kind words :)

Sounds like a good plan to me. Good Luck and I would like to see you reach your goal;)

Good luck, I was doing the same back in 2013.

Good luck with this journey my friend.

good luck with your journey..i wish i can fly too

Thank you all for your wishes!

It's time for a small update. My computer crashed and I had to fix it (new power supply along other necessary elements), I've lost like 2 days of work but am getting back into the game. So far now I have 8k words of new and pretty good content for my site, along with HQ images and the proper optimization.

I'm scheduling the posts today targeting my best keywords. However, I'm gonna find more keywords to fill this site with more content, in order to establish this site as an authority and grab more traffic.

Remember.. YOU must post High quality content...Adsense is very carefully reviewing sites these days,,.
So DON'T GET "Adsense Smart Pricing" as a result of low quality content..
That's the worst penalty ever...

Best of luck man!
Can you share your keyword research method?

I live for content. So quality is not a problem - i take care at the hour of crafting it.

So this project has been in the backburner for some personal reason, but now I'm back in the game. Articles are live and my site should start getting relevance on Google's eyes. Will update when something interesting/funny/great/important happens :)

Ok, time for update. Content has been published and for all my major keywords (6k+ searches, even 60k) I'm ranking at 50-30 with no backlinks, just pure on-page. I'll start warming it up with some 2.0 backlinks, I'm gonna even set up a fake address on the footer along with a phone number and build some citations ;)

I'll let you know guys how it goes!

any update with this journey op? i hope your site have good result
