Adsense Joint Venture - Take a look

Hello,

I have an adsense account which I haven't been using much (it's been verified, paid multiple times and is an old account). I'm looking for partners who have decent quality site and are willing to place my ad code on their site.

Here's are the terms.

1. Split 50-50
2.Since I'm looking for multiple partners, we will monitor the revenue by url channel.
3. If interested, do send me your site and I'll let you know if we can proceed.
4. I will pay out the partner's share (50%) on a weekly basis (paypal only). This is to ensure that the partner need not wait for Google to pay us or for us to reach $100.
5. You can view my account via team viewer every week before I transfer your share (I can update the rev generated ever couple of days).


I guess I've made things clear. So, there is no investment or awfully long wait period. You promote your site and whatever rev is generated through adsense, we split equally.

Your gonna have to offer more then 50/50 for someone to bite on that mate. Your doing none of the work except for collecting the funds. Lots of buyers that are selling adsense accounts for $10 currently its not hard to get an adsense account anymore
 
You can't expect someone who has done all the work to give you 50%.

The rev share remains unchanged! If you failed to notice, though I'm not actively promoting the site, I am offering to pay the partner on a weekly basis and not really waiting for Google to pay out or for that matter not even touch the payment threshold.

In general - the deal is , you promote your site as you are doing currently, if you'd like to make some money on a weekly basis by using my ad code, lets try out. If it doesn't work for you or if you have an adsense account (or can buy one and keep it alive) go for it!

I guess the response to this should be - you cant expect someone to pay you your share before even getting paid (think about the risks!). I dont want to get into stuff as to who's effort counts and who gets the max share (you will eventually be promoting your sites which is good for your sites in the long run). Feel free to pass this, if you feel its not worth your time but let's stay off of realigning my expectation from this JV.

Update - I've been working with couple of members since I started this thread and things have been going great. If anyone else wishes to join, please add me on skype and we'll get started.

Update: It's been over a month since I started this JV and I've been working with 3 partners currently. The payments are being made weekly and things are going pretty smooth. I'm looking for more partners. If you'd like to join, get in touch!

My caution would be to communtyn - make sure you look at some analytics cause if they are sending paid traffic or worse, some sort of clicking club, you could pay them and then have your account banned...

Thanks for your suggestion and concern. I do appreciate it. Here's what I'm currently doing to protect my account. I'm looking at the site and do check the stats regularly for any anomalies. Also, I'm ensuring that the codes stay only on the sites we discussed and if they like to add more, I take a look before sending the code. So far, all of us have been working to benefit each other and I hope to work only with members who understand long term gains.

This will not work long. Just one of your partners use black-hat and all will die.
