What's the best way to use search engine ad unit legally and within the rules? or does it only bring high revenue with the black hat method?

Make sure your site is in good standing with AdSense policies and has high quality content to be eligible for the Search Engine Ad Unit within AdSense. A working AdSense account with a billing address permanently based in this country The traffic of the site should be high and it must strictly give some message or point. Also, create a CSE search engine for delivering the right set of searches. After approval, you can convert it into an AdSense ad. Read Google updates on the guidelines of eligibility fairly often.
Can this feature be enabled in an AdSense account?

Using only black hats and buying visits from Facebook to direct them to your black hat website... otherwise, it is deception.

The topic can be closed. This unit is no longer relevant — Google deactivated it in most accounts about three months ago. Only a few are still active and driving traffic, but CPC has dropped significantly. AdTech has mostly switched on RSOC. Ciao AFS.

Google did indeed disable many accounts, but those who had previously created a block are still functioning. As a result, the price of such accounts has increased significantly.

Just because account prices have gone up doesn’t mean people will actually buy them at those prices. Before, someone could grab an account for, say, $10K and pour $100K into it in the first month (no need to explain what they were pouring — those who know, know). Now, the chances of breaking even have dropped dramatically, and even investing $5K is only for the real risk-takers. CPC has crashed, payouts are heavily deducted — this whole block model is basically dead, just like RSOC will be in the next six to twelve months. I was lucky to sell a couple of my CSE accounts just a week before the mass deactivations for "pre-crisis" prices, and I have no regrets. In today’s reality, it's better to work with plain accounts and squeeze the most out of them instead of relying on one block and stressing about it getting shut down.

p.s. I was just quoted $10K for cse acc with a single active feed left — I'd be shocked if anyone buys at that price in today’s market. Go test crypto futures -))

This means only one thing: the amateurs will drop out, and only the pros will remain. For pros who are profitable, what's the problem with buying at a higher price? The competition is dead, and you get all the money for yourself.

As for $10,000, they are selling for much more now.

Those who are still chasing it, it is of no use now. Google is disabling such accounts now.
