adsense help

hello
im stuck at 76$ in my adsense account with no blog to post my ads
if anyone could help me earn the remaining 24$ ,i will transfer the amount to them through paypal
i have alredy tried starting a new blog and trying to earn the remaning amount through it .....but after much effort i was able to earn only 1.44$ in 2 months
