So i have registered an account different from my sitekit for analytics on my site. My question is How can i view my analytics now since i have a different email for AdSense and GSC, what can i do can i do maybe change the email for the AdSense account? Or i need to something else from SiteKit can you please give me suggestions?

Use both

Absence can be used on any url you own.

In fact it good idea having all different emails to keep safe. Online

You can add the original email as an owner to the analytics account and remove the other later,
The easiest way to basically change the email while keeping the data

What if i add the same email in the AdSesnse account and invite the other account that i have that will work as well??

I believe you can't do that with AdSense, unlike analytics and and GSC, it will be always attached to the original account
