yeah, make yourself a quality looking website and add it to the system and you should get fully approved

Did you contact Google, add more quality contents, meaning not just 1 - 2 page, add 10 posts at least (for blogging), build some traffic and submit again.

Get some good & quality contents for your website. Adsense is the easiest platform to make money, easiest to get approve & easiest to get banned too if you are against their rules or if they want to ban you with no reason at all. So, be careful with the contents as well.

Just make unique site with quality content on some niche that is not too "uncomfortable" for Google. Some guys say that trying to get accepted with site of niches like insurance and personal finances will lead to rejection. So, find your niche that you are interested in other than the above two and you'll have better chances. Make the site user friendly, add all necessary contact information, privacy policy and you'll be in for sure. Don't forget to add credits to the used pictures or you'll may have troubles. Pray because these guys are assholes.
