Adsense got reinstated after being disabled due to new interface?

I finally got access back to my adsense account for some reason, about a few months after they changed to the new interface. I am now working to get my payments on hold on release by changing my payment method (from Western Union to Check).

Anybody else had the same experience? This is quite a fortunate twist since I now have two active adsense accounts.

I just want to check with others' experience if this is indeed a genuine reactivation -- the ads I left since its deactivation have still been generating revenue, just want to know if I'll still be able to withdraw the money and use this account moving forward.
