Adsense & Getting Paid in EU

Hey There,
I have an Adsense account with 5K Euro monthly in it.
The problem is that I bought this account and now I need a way to wire the funds out.
I am not an EU citizen and therefore, can't open an EU bank account.
I've heard that payoneer can be a solution but they are asking for documents to approve my identity.
so a few questions:
1. The only thing that I need from Adsense (Italy acc) is EU IBAN? or they are also checking that the bank account name matches the Adsense Account name?
2. Is there a way to get payoneer EU Iban even when I am not from EU?
3. Does payoneer + Adsense still works? any other solution?
4. What about changing the Adsense account name to a company? would that work? then to find a company that would accept the money, take a percentage and transfer it to my company?

There are plenty of EMIs and fintech banks that can be opened and provide you with an IBAN number
Examples: Wise, Payoneer, Paysera, Bankera, Bunq, Monero, Revolut, N26

You can order a check under another person's name (your name) delivered to anywhere country. By then you can deposit the check to your bank.
