Adsense for Domains

I just installed Adsense for Domains on around 50 of my sites I'm not currently using. The keywords are all on very technical parts and sensors. Just wondering whether anyone else has any experience with Adsense for Domains - is there a better option and does it pose any risk (should I use it with my Adsense account that has several authority sites on it)?
