Adsense Disabled for invalid clicking

I woke up this morning and i found my account has been disabled for invalid clicking which i have never done ...
I want to appeal now but am thinking what should i know before appealing ?

Its impossible to get your account back.Try make another with same name but different adress

Won't that account be blocked too if Google finds out the same person is signing up for another account?
