Adsense cpm rates is very LOW

Hi

Daily i am getting 1000 Impression and !700 uniquest only from US traffic to my landing page i get 1% to 2% CTR i am getting ~2$ to 3$ only. Can i know google will be not pay for CPM or they pay only for clicks. Is there way way to get CPM monetized.

Also i can other country are getting more RPM rate can i know what is RPM

At least you're getting more earnings than me : P, So far I got 3k+ views and my earnings do not exceed 0.03c lol.

apply for Ad Exchange.
AdX is google's huge ad exchange with hundreds of ad networks, and it even includes adsense - say, its *premium adsense*
it pays for impressions.
but you need help of some google certified partner to get accepted.
