Adsense + CPM Network

Hi,
I have been using adsense for a while now, recently I got contacted by a cpm based ad network , they have some nice floating banners , but I am worried that adsense might remove my website if I use those ads with it, especially that sometiles same 18+ ads shows up in them, any idea ?

if 18+ - They most definitely will.
