I am looking for a few guys to help me run some "free item' sites like freestuffinatlanta.com. Right now they are membership sites but I am converting all the free sites I have over to a content locker site (and run adsense and other cpa offers). If you go to freestuffclassifiedads.com and click on a item and try to contact someone you will see how the content locker works.
The sites are mostly automated such as the ads. It pulls the ads from another site. I need someone to run about 10 of these city site for me (one person per site or one person to run them all). There is a little software cost for each site which is $28 (I have recently changed one of the plugins which reduced this cost). So if you pay the $28 you can keep 70% of the sites earnings. Most of the sites rank well in google already but I have a great method of driving very traggeted traffic that converts very well. It will take you about 2 to 3 mins per day to run and usually drives around 50 to 100 visitors per day. If 10 of them click on a ad to contact someone and fill out the survey that is $10 a day or $300 a month. You keep 70%. I have some sites that get 300 visitors per day so it depends on how much time you want to put into it. I will give you the domain name and you can have the site for the $28 so worst case you get a good site for $28 but the adsense alone should see a good return.
