No they wont if you host nothing, but unique content is still missing there.
But I can tell you, if you can make some money to them they will let you do it.
Most blogs/viral sites and video sites won't even exist if this can lead to adsense ban.
So, try hard, make money and adsense will make money too, don't do something illegal like hosting videos and photos from other sites and you will be good.

I used to make around 30-50$ with one site, no content just vids.
They still banned the site and I dont know if I should try this again.

Well for me I have site running for 2 years it is full of dailymotion videos and nothing else and I receive something every month from adsense

It's video songs. and I can't login to it's WP admin page because of an error I couldn't fix but still I receive money from videos I embedded 6 months ago

i run a large music video site and use embedded videos from youtube. I write a few lines for each video and i have adsense on the site along with Itunes, Amazon and live Ebay auctions. No problem

If you're linking back to the original work and giving credit, then you're not infringing copyright. Embedding videos is pretty much considered just "linking to youtube".

Yes embedding Youtube videos is linking back to Youtube, that's why they allow it. My site shows the video and the ad so the owner of the rights gets paid anlong with Google, everyone's happy.

You're right, but its a tv show.
someone record it and upload to dailymotion or other video hosting sites, and I link it.
Ill just make a full page with the copyrights and DMCA or something to make sure its fine
Well TV shows is shady territory, and if someone manually reviews your website chances are that they may ban you. Why don't you try simple viral YouTube videos for AdSense, and try other ad networks that are more lenient with copyright content for your TV show website?
