I read somewhere about a wordpress plugin that will block and protect your adsense adds from click spam either accidental or malicious. Anyone know the name of the plugin ? Thx

it's not necessary. google has in place many forms of protection, they know these things happen and will not punish you for someone elses maliciousness.

You can never be so sure. THey do ban you for other fraud clicks without any warning, trust me.
It's best to prevent things before happening.

Exactly, Google has protection for them and their advertisers which ends up meaning they will ban you permanently if you are any type of risk. Not sure of the plugin though, sounds useful.
