Adsense blocked, what can I do ?

Youtube is owned by google, so if they blocked your adsense because your youtube channel violated their terms, they will also shut down your monetization, did they ?
If you used the adsense acc for other websites that caused it to get blocked you can def go ahead and try to start another acc, obviously clean your cookies, change your ip address and if you can use someone elses name besides yours id recommend that ( your mom, dad, grandpa, wife, 8 year old child, or whatever)
