OK, I'm not going to reveal specific websites or tell you the details of what's on the sites that I'm talking about here.
This is very easy to do and I can tell you it works very well because I've been doing it for about 8 months.
Here's the background..
I bought a script on ebay a few years ago and I set it up on a website with a very similar domain name to a popular script that was being promoted by one of the big gun internet marketers.
Let me give you a non-real example so you get what I mean.
Lets say big guru has a site PopupGenerator.com and he's selling a desktop software that makes popups.
So I find a popup script on ebay and set it up on a site Popup-Generator.com
My script is web based and it's not as good as the software but I'm letting people create pop-ups free using the script on my site.
I'm generating income by referring people to the guru's site through my affiliate link.
So far so good.
Eventually the income dwindles but I'm still getting a fair bit of traffic so I switch out the affiliate link for AdSense and it's making around $6 per day.
One day I check my Adsense reports and see that this site has jumped from $6 per day to $23 per day.
Now that gets me really interested in know why the jump..
When I get to the site I see the script has stopped working so I fixed it and a week or so later I see the Adsense income has dropped to around $5 per day.
Just for a laugh I broke the script... Yes, the Adsense clicks shoot up again.
Becasue there's fuck all else for those visitors to do AND the Adsense ads were very relevant (In my example they'd all be about Popups)
So, the script is still broken. It has been for months and when someone emails me to report the fault, I thank them very much and leave the sucker broken!
Get your thinking caps on dudes.. find hot software/script topics and set up a few sites with fucked up scripts. LOL
