I was wondering if you have been adsense banned is it still possible to partner with sites like fullscreen, maker, etc. I have done alot of research and some people say yes and others no. Has anyone had any experience with this? Thanks to anyone who provides some info.

Nope, once a YouTube adsense account is banned then you have to make a new one.

I have NOT tried this, so I cannot give 100% sure advice. You can untie an adsense account from a Youtube account, perhaps you can untie it then tie it to another one.
