Adsense ban

Everybody knows adsense is strict. But I am wondering if they ban you for violating tos, do they ban the website url at the same time?

In other words I understand they ban your name. so you can never use adsense again under your name ... lol if this is true

But does that mean if you fix the violations on the website which caused the ban, is that same website eligible for adsense under a different name??

Adsense is just great in the cpc.

On the other hand you have to have an income.
I suggest you play adsense currently has a fixed income, and make adsense as your investment.

My friends use adsense with his identity card.

He has 12 adsense account and secure.
You can not use adsense account with a name that has been blacklisted
