Adsense ban for automatic backlinking?

Was just wonder if there is a good chance I would get banned from Adsense for automatic backlinking
Ive hired 2 fiver gigs for my site one called "build a high quality link pyramid to bead panda and get you to page 1 on google"
and "Manually build 150 high PR backlinks"

Dont think so. Google webmaster team may penalize you if you overdo it or over optimize anchor text though. But thats serp related not adsense.

Adsense can ban you for inappropriate content, invalid clicks, poor quality content, and copyright material. Basically anything thats stated in their TOS.

Even though they are both Google they are separate entities.
