Adsense arbitrage

So I was browsing the interwebs and saw something about this.

You buy google ad space (adwords) and have the ad go to your home page (moneysite) with ads on it.
Lets say you spend $50, thats like 1000 clicks on your ad, and something btwn 5-10% should click on your ads on your money site right? ALso you dont have to do any SEO unless you wanted to, because all the traffic would be coming from adwords.


But basically they keep going in an endless circle, and the main thing is just to make sure you have a keyword with high cpc.

So would this work or not?

What is typical CTR on an ad on your moneysite, with (the majority of traffic) coming from adwords?

If I am not mistaken this is against TOS and we all know that nowadays google bans on adsense are running crazy

i am pretty sure it isnt, but google doesnt encourage it.....and it is pretty tough for them to figure out...plus this is a blackhat forum is anything not against the TOS?

Yeah I understand just saying because I went that path once (not this arbitrage method, but another blackhat one) and trick google on their main service ($) is harder than it looks!
 
I have read somewhere that Adsense allows if you receive traffic from Adwords campaign but its not encourages to place ads on landing page.
 
I remember a program about google arbitrage on shoemoney's blog. as I remember it was quite complex go check it out.
 
I tried that but didn't get any good results. So I moved on to other business ventures.
 
i use to do Adwords / Adsense Arbitrage . and belive me i pile up around 40,000$ in just 3 ~4 months. But then here comes Jan 2010, LOL and everything is changed. You can still do the arbitrage but its it is extremely tricky these days. and you need to be extremely re-active.

So it does exists if you actually knows how to do that ;)

40k is a ton! I will probably give it a try with small amounts, after I get my first few sites and projects up and running though
 
I can get paid 7p a click from another network but i doubt I could get adwords clicks lower than this
 
I've tried it and I didn't end up making any profit.
 
This WAS big business, circa 2007. Far too difficult nowadays.
 
I tried to do this few months ago without results. So i think Google knows this an made something.
 
No. You usually only want to use AdWords when your selling a product, because you WON"T get a 5-10% CTR. Just no
