Adsense Approval

hi.. perhaps this has been discussed somewhere, but i just couldnt find it using the search function..

my adsense is still under review, there is this statement in red background on my adsense admin page;

Your application is still being reviewed. You will see only the background of your webpage instead of live content ads until your account has been fully approved. Learn more.

how do i remove it? i clicked on the learn more, bbut i dont think i learn anything more there, other than the G is still deciding about my site. perhaps i should add content, or should i do what?

put their ad code on your site it will take few days for them to approve r disapprove u r site
